hi ,

i am trying to book a customized entity for bookable resource

where i have enabled that entity from resource scheduling administration / Enable Resource Scheduling for Entities

i have added the view in resource requirement entity and i can schedule it in schedule board but i couldn't get it in mobile app

i have made sure from relation between my customized entity and bookable resource booking , entity and resource requirement ..

booking a work order order is being booked and got on mobile in bookable resource booking and in work order tab as well but my customized entity that i need is not coming at all to the tablet , known that i have customized in woodford and add it to the home trying to get similarly to work order when i am getting in the tab as well ,

doubting in some miss changes in woodford ?

i am using dynamics 365 On premise and mobile app field service (woodford)

I think the filter is trying to find all Bookable Resource Bookings which have both a Work Order and a New Connection Application. Which will most likely bring back nothing.

I would suggest that you have this filter. Show all Bookable Resource Bookings regardless if they are connected to a Work Order or New Connection Application.

You choose the views from here:

There are different types of views you can make. Please go to page 49 on here for more info

But if you bring back all Bookable Resource Bookings in the sync filter and then have 3 views:

1) Have a view to See all Bookable Resource Bookings

2) Have a view to only see Bookable Resource Bookings linked to Work Orders

3) Have a view to only see Bookable Resource Bookings linked to New Connection Applications

i added my entity to sync filter and now

this what is showing

but now i am getting workorder in workorder tab , but in bookable resource booking not able to see neither workorders nor new connection applications i will show this sync filter for bookable resource booking i may forgetting something

where i tried to add link new connection application and added the new connection application lookup into

and the status to bring the status of the booked new connections applications

and this is my public view for bookable resource booking

if i want to choose another view to preview on mobile i will choose it from home/tab it self like (bookable resource booking ) then access it and choose the view right ? but i am getting only one view no getting the others where i am trying to organize different views to be used .

one more thing , when i added the sync filter am not getting the whole workorders in work order tab , however the upcoming workorder will be instead of the previous , i removed the sync of the new connection application as what is shown in the image it work again properly showing multiple workorders.

the edit filter screen shot is the view of the bookable resource booking right?

No, its the Sync Filter for the Bookable Resource Booking Entity itself. If you go into woodford and click on the entity itself you will be able to see the Sync filter button at the top.

Thats odd that you cant add the Lookup to the Bookable Resource Booking Entity. Must be something small that you haven't done yet.

here is my screen shot of my bookable resource booking

the edit filter screen shot is the view of the bookable resource booking right?

i have added previously a lookup for new connection application from work order form

and it works fine where i could get to my entity and update some info

but now trying to add the lookup to the bookable resource booking form not possible although that new connection application lookup field is enabled !

i would try to do some thing with edit filter but i am quiet not sure with , if u r free to explain a bit more Please where i only found bookable resource booking

Actually what it could be the sync filter on Bookable Resource Booking:

You might need remove the work order link or add your new custom entity to your sync filter so that it shows both work orders and your custom entity.

Because at the moment its only showing Bookable Resource Bookings which are attached to Work orders.

exactly yes ,

i cant see Bookable Resource Booking for new connection application

i understood from u to take screen shot for the bookable resource booking tab on tablet app right ?

i am not getting the new connection application booking under it

here a photo of it showing one booked work order

So you can see the Bookable Resource Booking for Work Orders but you cant see Bookable Resource Booking for New Connection application?

Could you possibly screenshot your Bookable Resource Booking for your New Connection application. Just want to see if you have set up everything correctly.

Just throwing it out there, but is it possible that the user that you are running the Field Service app on doesn't have read access to the New Connection Application entity?
