Allocation- Run reconcile on part. States "Allocated Quantity has been adjusted from 1 to 0." Still shows allocated on Manufacturing order

Part should not be allocated. Run reconcile and it states it has moved allocated quantity from 1 to 0. Reviewing part, it still shows as allocated to a manufacturing order.

Not sure what to do with this one. Any thoughts?

Use component trx entry and reverse allocate
