I want to add Voice of the customer in on premise MS CRM 2016. Kindly guide any one how to add this functionality in on premise MS CRM 2016?

Voice of the Customer is currently only available to CRM Online deployments. If you are looking for a similar solution, You can try solutions like PowerSurvey or Adxstuio.
I believe that you can fulfill this requirement AND can also create internet landing pages by simply subscribing to Microsoft Dynamics Marketing service with an instance of the Azure Microsoft Messaging Bus service. Read www.microsoft.com/.../create-and-customize-landing-pages.aspx

Only works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

It's a very good solution, but the responses/answers can greatly improve; I also had problems with security roles, as normal users leave them some mistakes that I have not managed yet.
