Conversion Units of Measure

Hi, 

I have a problem with GP, 

I use vSync to process EDI transactions, the client send the PO in units, I have the Units of Measure as CASE12 with 12 units per case for this product, but when I import the PO the qty it's 966, and it should be 81. 

Any idea what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this?

    Hope you are doing well

    There must be a unit of measurement mapping between the source and the destination in order to interpret the "intake" transactions and migrate it properly to Dynamics GP by picking the proper unit of measurement level. Alternatively, you can import and record transactions in base unit of measurement always, regardless of the other levels such as Case. You receive a record of 966 unit, then you create a PO in Dynamics GP with a 966 unit without considering the effects of conversion.

    Thank you for your help,

    This was a configuration problem, there is an option to "divide" the quantity that was not turn on.

    We are using IBM vSync to process EDI.
