Inventory Reconcile - PO Receipt Problem

We had a system issue and a PO Receipt posted twice. The Item is Lot Tracked and we are using Multi-Bin.

I found duplicated entries in IV00300 (deleted), IV10200 (deleted), IV30300 (deleted), Adjusted IV00102, Adjusted IV00112. The duplication seems limited to Inventory, verified POP10500, POP30310 and POP30330.

After I have fixed things, I run reconcile and the error returns (although reconcile creates one lot number).

So I must be missing a record somewhere, anyone have any ideas where?

Make sure you check the POP10330 table (Purchasing Serial Lot Work) as well.
