In the CRM template to import Contacts, if I want to import a company name, the template says that the company name as the data type Lookup and the company name record must already exist in Accounts or Contacts in Dynamics CRM or in the source file. When I imported new contacts in CRM Online 2015 from an Excel source file including company names that do not exist either in Accounts or Contacts, I always get the error message "Recursive parent-child contact loops are prohibited, (0x8004050a)". How can I import new company names for Contacts (that do not exist either in Accounts or Contacts) using only an Excel source file without getting any error ?

Hi Wayne, I have been given a contact list to import. Some of the companies do exist as accounts in CRM, and others do not. Do I need to run two separate import processes, one of which creates accounts and the other does not?
Hi Mahendar, thank you for your support. The references you gave me helped me to understand the importation process of Accounts and Contacts from a ZIP file.
Hi Wayne, I just refreshed once again my CRM Online window and all the importations I tried 90 minutes ago finally imported correctly. Thank you for your support.
Hi Wayne, Thank you for your quick response on monday. I applied your solution in CRM Online 2015 this morning. Each time I try to import both accounts and contacts from a Zip file, the importation status remains at Submitted - waiting. I also found that the template for Contacts has been changed since last friday adding a new required field "Contact type". So I performed a new test to only import new contacts without the company name, adding the Contact type field iwht hte value Contact. This importation worked correctly last friday, but this morning, the importation also remains submitted with the status reason "Waiting". What else should I consider to be able to only import Contacts with success ?
Hello,
In case you are importing data and referencing some parent records which does not exists in CRM import will fail, so parent record should exists in CRM
OR
you can import that parent record file with child entity record file using zip format to create both entity record and setup association as well, so for example you can import contact and account by combining them in zip file. You can refer below post for complete steps.

Hope it will help you.
Make a new Excel files called Accounts, and push all the Account names there. Zip up the Contact and Account files into one file and then give that to CRM to load. CRM will then load those Accounts, and then the Contacts relating to those Accounts.
