I need to stop changes being made to orders until I lost them I am a coordinator how can I do this or see who is making changes

    Hi Gembo,

    Depending on which version of NAV or Business Central you are using you can either setup Approvals / Workflow as you being the final approver.

    Anytime any changes made to Document they need to send it to Approver before posting a document or even releasing it.

    I agree workflow approval seems to be a good solution. You could easily set up one for sales order following the workflow template in NAV
