You need to delete an account record, but prevent deletion if any of the child contacts is in the active state. How will you do that?

you can update the relationship (if it is allowed) between account and contact to set "Restrict Delete"

otherwise you will need to write a synchronous plugin on the delete event and inside the code you check if you have active contacts or not

Hi Arun ,

Change the Account: Contacts (1:N ) relationship behavior Type - > Referential , Restrict Delete.
