Attachments in CRM for note or email, stored in the same entity.  You can change the max size or see your current attachment size limit by going to Settings -> Administration -> System Settings.

    Please see the screenshot below

The maximum size of a document you can upload to CRM is 32MB.  In the above setting you can only set max to 32 MB (Please note, the setting is in KB). If you want to upload larger files,  CRM note attachment may not be the best choice. If you can split your documents in to under 32MB, you can upload them in multiple attachments but if you cant split them you will have to use Sharepoint or onedrive or some other storage

The natural choice for larger and property document management is Sharepoint.  If you are interested in Sharepoint integration, please see the following

    Hope this helps

I have set the file size Limit to Maximum 128 MB as the CRM allows and the limit is 128 MB.

Thanks for the update. Its good to know that the limit has been increased to 128MB. The last time I tested myself was 32 it was a while ago and it was an older version CRM and the few links I referred all mentioned 32 but it has been increased so thanks for that update again. Having 128 MB gives a lot of flexibility to be honest.

Its good that the that the upload succeeds now.  Its null in the plugin but from the UI you are able to access the note and open the attachment? If so most likely your plugin image does not have those attributes. Please make sure you tick all the properties you need in the plugin in the Entity Image registration step. Please see the screenshot below and follow the link to see more details

If its already being passed and if you are still getting null, could you share the code snippet, please?

    Hope this helps
