USD Client application is not opening

Hi ,

My USD client application is not working,

when i click the application a black white window will open, we cant close that window also.

any help please?

    Hello,

    Please clear all your IE cache/cookies etc.

    restart your system and try again.

    if this doesn't work - click on reset cache button from withing USD.

    also check the logs which would be there in the location : neilparkhurst.com/.../usd-log-files
