GP allocations- how to change allocations on multiple accounts at once?

Dear Community,

I have 60 general ledger accounts that are allocated to different segments at month end. The allocation percentage is the same for groups of 10. Is there a easy way I can change the allocation percentage at all 60 at once or in a few steps instead of changing each of this 60 account one by one? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

You could use a macro, or go directly to the SQL tables and modify the percentages. I would be more inclined to use the SQL route. Be sure to follow the correct numeric format - no decimals.
