Hello

I have a problem with Product release policies in version 10.0.17.

I'll try create a Product with BOM by  new engineering product.

Before I must create new Product release policies with suitable template released product

When I try add template released product i cannot add a product with BOM. 

I get a message

"Template released product must be of production type None."

When I add a product with production type None - I cannot add a BOM to new Item and here's that problem.

    When I try add product with production type = BOM then  

    "Template released product must be of production type None"

    but I need use product with production type = BOM.

    Hi Thomas,

    I checked and was able to add item with production type BOM in version 10.0.13 so it works fine.

    Then I checked in 10.0.17 and got the same error you got.

    It seems to me as a bug in a new version. I would recommend to create a support ticket with MS to address it.

    Did you solvet the probem ?

    I have product version 10.0.27.

    When I try add product in Template released product" I  visibe products only witout BOM.

    In next steps i can't add boom to prodtuct version...

    Do you know how to solve the problem ?
