Customer Statement - Statement Style

Why do I not have this feature in my Customer Statement Report?
we are on BC  Version: W1 25.3 (Platform 25.2.30021.0 + Application 25.3.28755.30128)

    Hi,
     
    Please check do you have report extension on this report. As per the document I can see fields in standard cronus environment.
     
    Additionally check running report on an environment where there is no custom extension installed.

    Interesting thanks I see there is a "Linc" Base Report Ext (our service provider)  I will take it up with them and see what they say.

    Hi Community

    So I'm still having problem, as we use custom reports and can only see feature if use default report, why is this.
    We obviously use custom reports for reason and Im sure we are not the only entities that do so.

    Further assistance would be appreciated, is there something I need to do to the custom report design some AL code changes ?

    How do you open the report? According to the documentation you need to open the Customer Statement report from the Customers list or the role explorer - Generate a customer statement only with open entries | Microsoft Learn
