Looking forward for a solution to send WhatsApp and SMS to customer from Dynamics 365 Sales. Any recommendations?

    Hey there! I found two Dynamics 365 CRM integrations developed in India and used globally that provide seamless WhatsApp and SMS communication.

    The first is called WhatsApp4Dynamics. It's a WhatsApp integration built by an Indian company - Inogic It's super convenient since it enables sending and receiving WhatsApp messages directly from CRM. Plus, it supports all the communication essentials like emojis, images, and even different languages! You can also set up triggered-based automated messages based on things happening in your CRM, and it stores your chat history for easy reference. You’ll also get notified of every incoming message right in CRM.

    Then there’s TextSMS4Dynamics, which lets you do the same thing mentioned above but with SMS messages. Super handy for those customers who might not be on WhatsApp.

    Both WhatsApp4Dynamics and TextSMS4Dynamics have a 15-day free trial, so you can try them out and see if they work for you. You can find more info on their website Inogic.com.
