Ms Teams and Dynamics integration

Hi All, 

Is it possible to set up Dynamics 365 so that I could dial phone numbers with Teams and then track Teams activities into Dynamics 365? All I could find this

But this is for bringing Dynamics data in Teams while I would do the other way around. I need the last activity dates in Dynamics and currently we are missing all communication that is happening in Teams. 

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    We have a Microsoft 365 calling plan and Teams set up as Teams Only as co-existence mode. I'm not sure about the conversation tracking and I've only seen it once as I don't really use our CRM as I develop for our customers, but I had an external Teams chat and am sure I saw it in the timeline asking if i wanted to track the conversation, the same way Auto Capture feature works for emails. Sorry I can't be of more help than that.

    @ Paul Owen That's exactly what we want to set up. I raised a ticket with Microsoft and they said there is no such integration that would enable us to track conversations to Dynamics, only the other way around. Would you mind sharing a link or info on how did you set up the calling plan and the activity tracking to Dynamics?

    Hi, we use Teams as our phone front end using the Skype for Business calling plan. Teams conversations can be tracked against the timeline on a record and I belive more integration is iminent if not already.

    The Teams integration is a quite new functionality.

    I would suggest you to open a support request to take a look and see what exactly do you want to achieve and confirm if it's possible or not.
