Hi Communities,

I'm using CRM 365 online. I'm having System Administrator security role. I want to to integrate document into Sharepoint but I cannot find Enable Server-Based sharepoint Integration.

Please help how to enable this one?

    I don't think you need to de this step anymore, as this is already done for you. Try to start with "Document Management Settings" as a first step.

    Hi Dhanbal,

    As suggested by Martijn, you can configure it using  "Document Management Settings". I had the same issue and when I tried it from Document Management Settings it worked.

    In one instance, I had records in the document location entity so I had to delete the record and then it worked.  

    There was one more instance where I had to give to site admin privileges to the user. Without that I was getting the generic error while running the wizard.

    The “Enable Server-Based SharePoint Integration” option is only available when SharePoint is not enabled for the CRM, once you enabled the SharePoint then, “Enable Server-Based SharePoint Integration” option is not available anymore.

    I.e. if you did not find “Enable Server-Based SharePoint Integration” option means SharePoint already enabled for your CRM. So now only you need "Document Management Settings" as a first step”.
