Uploading a Journal Entry from Excel

Hello, I keep getting this error message when trying to upload a journal entry to excel. Any insight on how I resolve this?

    Hi, According to the error message, it appears that the value of the Posting Date column is empty, or does not conform to the system format.
    Please check this column of data and try again.
