Instant Power Automate Runs

Hi all,

I couldn't get an answer from Microsoft on the frequency of Power Automate Runs. Here's the situation, we have a trigger on receipt of email to create a Dynamics 365 Lead and the runs are not being performed fast enough.

Type is "Automated"
Plan is "Per-User plan" but my license indicates I am using Microsoft Power Automate Free

Sometimes the delay is up to 15 minutes per run, as expected with my license.

My question: What is the frequency of runs with the paid license? There is a strong need to have the process run instantly.

I have the same question (0)

Hi, you could also do this with OOB Automatic Record Creation Rules potentially, depending on how much information you are capturing and it's almost instant.

    Regards

Hi all. Thanks for the responses but it turns out it was a misunderstanding on my part. Automated flows do run instantaneously, and the 15 minute timer relates specifically to Scheduled flows.

Turns out the delay I was experiencing was caused by external factors that delayed the trigger event (inbound email) from occurring. Basically someone had a condition on their end that said only send the email after waiting 5 minutes, and my trigger was receipt of said email.

    Thanks for all the help

True, but in this case I am parsing data with JSON for direct input into CRM leads.
