every published audit in dynamics 2015

Hi everyone 

is there any way yo see when and which developers published anything (forms,...) today?

we have an issue that publishing or creating lookup fields slow down the system, so we set rules for developers to publish in specified time

we need to know that is there any of our developers violation of the law

    I think you posted this in the wrong forum. From what I understand this is Dynamics 365 (ex CRM). If this is true, then you have to post your request in this forum
