I have a customer requesting a .csv showing all items ordered weekly, it must include the following;

Item Name

Case Description

Pack Size

Packs Per Case

Case Cost

Item Code

Pack Description

Group Name

I currently have a sales analysis report which contains item code, description, quantity sold, and price, but lacking the other items necessary. Does this require a custom report, or is there another report I can use which will reflect the necessary items?

Any help is appreciated.

    I would recommend building a new report, you could make use of Victoria Yudin's considerable SOP Views , check them out on the link below;

    We actually do not use SOP, just invoice entry, does that matter?

    Also, I am not familiar with SQL or coding, what needs to be done with the samples provided to implement them?

    Does the organization own/use SmartList Builder? SmartList Builder could be used to access the needed tables for this. The tool is fairly easy to use with a little guidance and should provide the needed results. From SmartList, this result set could then be exported to Excel and saved as CSV.

    No, we do not, we have no software extensions. I guess maybe its time to make an investment in smart list builder?
