Hi team,
We implemented the Shopify Connector in our Business Central earlier in June. We were able to Sync Orders from Shopify into BC and create BC Sales Order from these Synced Shopify Orders.
However, when the shipments are shipped and Sales Shipments & Invoices created in Business Central, the Shopify order remains 'unfulfilled'. Inside the Shopify tab in BC, the fulfillment page and the Sales Invoice No. fields are also empty despite there are legit Sales Shipments/Invoices under the Sales Order.
We tried running the Sync Shipment to Shopify report inside Job Queue entries but it seems like it's syncing fulfillment that's recognized under the Shopify Order tab back to Shopify, and it's not doing anything to help us sync sales shipments to the orders inside Shopify tab.
Due to this, we cannot properly sync back fulfillment to Shopify. We read about the official tutorial page Synchronize and fulfill sales orders - Business Central | Microsoft Docs regards to syncing back the fulfillment but it didn't help. Hoping to see if anyone was able to successfully sync shipments back to Shopify orders and if we missed anything in the setup.
