Hi all,
We spend a lot of time adjusting roles in BC.
To reduce both the time and effort required, we would like to create a simpler Sales Order Processor role that we have stripped down quite a lot, so that it’s easy for completely new BC users.
However, when we try to export it and then import it to other customers, not all of the customizations are included. What is the reason for this? Is it not possible to import roles to other companies/tenants/environments when I am logged in as a technician in BC?
