Contract Import

I import from csv file a list of contracts with the start date and end date. When I activate the contracts, I get an error message tell me the date / time format is not valid !!
I tried with the French format dd / mm / yyyy as the format dd / mm / yyyy 0:00 but I still have the same error !!

    If the contracts imported successfully then I don't think the date formats are the issue.

    If you are getting the error when activating the contracts inside CRM, then it is more likely that the contract line dates do not match the start/end dates of the contract.

    Can you post a screen shot and the full error message that you get when you activate the contract?

    Hello Abdelmajid:

    If this is the case then you can look up what date the system is using either by:

    1. going to the Settings-->Administration-->System Settings  look for Format tab

    2. Make/update a view for contact and then export it
