The timeline display times for any record created/modified today and only the date for anything yesterday and before. How can I modify the control to display the date AND time on all entries?

Please open a service request and ask if it is possible to enable FCB.TImelineWall.LongTimestamp. There is no other way of achieving this.

Anyway, I believe with the next April Release this will be the default behavior (to show the date time)
If you have enabled 2020 release wave 1, then you'll see that all items in the Timeline are in the Date+Time format.
