Hi Everyone,

I have just created a new catalog in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. However, during the process, I noticed that the channel has not yet been published. The system displays the message:

"The channel [Channel Name] has not been published."

I have already:

Register the online channel in the Organizational Hierarchy
Set up: Currency, Default customer, Warehouse, Email notification profile, Assortment, Customer address book, Payment connectors, Modes of delivery, Navigation category hierarchies, Language, Store product attributes, Default assortment organizations, store payment methods.
Configurations status is Validated and approved

As a result, I'm unable to proceed with product listing or related steps. Could you please advise what steps I may be missing to properly publish the channel?

What kind of channel is it? Is it a online store, store, or call center?

Good day too.

For sure it is online store channel, i found the online store channel yet published when i want to create catalog (for online store channel), the catalog can't proceed since the error message appear "The channel [Channel Name] has not been published."

So I go back to retail channel and check the publish status for the channel and found it is still in progress.

Is there something setting that i missing so next will get the channel published? please suggest.

Could you click on "Configuration status" and check whether everything is approved?

Hi Laurens,

I have attempted to refresh the process multiple times through the module you recommended. However, the status unfortunately remains unchanged and still shows as "In progress."

If you have any further suggestions or insights that could help resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
