Dynamics 365 - Activities Timeline - Add the user who changed Status Reason to the Activities Tab in Cases

Hi,

What I am trying to accomplish is to add the value of the Status Reason (when it is updated) on the Activities timeline tab.
Actually,  The current status reason it was changed to,  and a brief description why.

I need this to be populated automatically (without JavaScript)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Nick,

    Unfortunately the Activity Feeds is not customizable (the pane where on the form where you see the tabs).

    You'd probably need to develop your own views (custom IFrames) as the Activity Associated View can't be customized either with new fields as it is an Intersect Entity.

    Hi Nick,

    Not too sure if you found an answer but we had a similar situation and hence we developed a custom activity timeline plugin solution www.solzit.com/activity-timeline-for-dynamics-crm-365. The same is also available on AppSource. The idea is if needed then we can customize to address such custom requirements.
