Hello experts,

This is a general question. We have noticed that over last few months, Batch job service had crashed in a couple of our environments. As a result the Batch jobs were in 'Waiting' status and were not running.

We don't have any monitoring system setup. I was wondering if we can setup monitoring or alerts so we are notified of the Batch jobs not running or Batch job service crashing

Which D365 app is it about? F&O? If so, let's move the question to Finance | Project Operations, Human Resources, AX, GP, SL forum.
