Item Age Composition - Cut Off Dates

Hi Team,

Greetings!!!
 
Can anyone please guide me in setting up the cut off dates for Item Age Composition Report? As this report calculate the value of inventory only 3 times a year or as of today. How we can set those 3 dates, on which item composition report must calculate the value of remaining quantity?
