Installation issue with Power automate for Power automate machine rutime

I am trying to install power automate desktop to run flow by cloud for that machin runtime setup is needed but iam not allowed to get that option while installing.

please let me know any solution to install extrenally... any other way to cofigure desktop with cloud.

In Desktop where will a get automate open machine setting option that is not available.
