I'm getting ready to do a physical mailing to about 1500 accounts (primary contact at each account).

I'm searching for a tool that will help verify/fix address problems before I do this large mailing.

I've found email address verification add-ons, and an add-on that handles international addresses (Melissa) but nothing that is just US/Canada.

Anyone have any ideas how I can tackle checking out these addresses either directly in CRM or by doing an Export/Import via Excel to some other tool?

Sadax made a quick solution with the Bing API : SharpXRM Address Validation for Dynamics CRM

You can ask Salim about a newer version.

I you want to do it in bulk I think they sold they offer a commercial offer.
