Items disappearing from sales ledger

Hi,
 
Wondering if anyone has encountered the issue of items disappearing from the sales journal.  This is happening on our restaurant POS and seems to be no pattern to the cause of it.
 
The total bill still shows just none of the items that have been rung in.  Also, confirmed the journal wasn't paged down to not show the items. If anyone has insight to this issue I would appreciate it.

    From what I see, it is an integration with business central, so the interfaces that comprise the process you indicate would have to be reviewed.
    APIs or WS use, and also part of the design and development that has been applied in the application.

    Hi, I think you should to contact the partner that provides POS integration. This is not a problem with standard BC, and the screen you provide is not a standard BC page. So only they can investigate the issue specifically.
