Is Dynamics learning portal would not be available from April 16th? If yes, what is the alternative for learning courses?

Microsoft asked partners to pay $1,000 per year to gain access to the content and functionality available through the portal to cover the costs of creating and maintaining it. I personally thought the expense was so minuscule that partners would have no problem paying it. Think about it: you pay $1,000 and all of your employees gain access to dozens of amazing courses and readiness opportunities. It was a no brainer.

And I was right, it was a no brainer for most Dynamics partners, but not for partners who don't focus on Dynamics. Some partners just want to learn how to use Power BI or gain some pre-sales skills to have an intelligent conversation with prospects about Business Applications. And it offered no help to customers looking to add value to their solution investments through ongoing learning and skills development.

Most of the content you will find on the Dynamics Learning Portal was created by experts outside of Microsoft - people who work with the product in the real world and want to share their experience with other partners. Over the years I either created content or contributed to the creation of content in the areas of solution architecture, business intelligence, customization and configuration, sales, pre-sales, data management, and many other areas. I personally know at least ten other Microsoft MVPs who have been involved with the creation of content currently available in the Dynamics Learning Portal, so the idea that this content is created by a Microsoft product team member who doesn't know how the solution works in the real world is inaccurate.
