Shopify Connector - Products Sync Problem

Hello,

We have migrated to Shopify and are using the native Shopify connector of Business Central.

Currently I'm facing the problem when running the synchronisation of Products from Shopify to Business Central. 

When we synchronised the products for the first time all items have been successfully created and the Unit Cost and Unit Price fields were updated respectively. However, we have to change our cost prices and the unit prices once per week and we are doing it in Shopify. The strange thing that we noticed is that after updating the Shopify item card for these fields the synchronisation did not update the respective fields in Business Central. The Unit Cost and Unit Price fields are unchanged.

Is someone using Native Shopify connector and has anyone faced the same issue?

    Hi there,
     
    I use the Shopify connector in Business Central (BC) to sync products from Shopify to BC. SKU mapping=item number. Why doesn't the connector transfer price changes of the variants in Shopify to BC item master data when the connector syncs products?

    Yes, I just changed the price and cost on Shopify Again and run the sync. D/T stamp says it was updated at 8:00 PM but nothing was changed again. See below screens.

    On the Shopify Products page inside Business central, there may be a D/T stamp on when was a record/item updated from Shopify. When you ran the sync with the updated prices, that D/T can you see that appearing in the column anywhere?
