I am stuck trying to remove the CRM activity record from the subject line of a Quick Campaign mail out.  Can anyone provide a link to instructions for that task?

Are you talking about the email "tracking token" Where it puts something like CRM:12345 in the subject?

Thats under Settings > system administration > system settings> email tab > uncheck tracking token

    There has been an answer.

The issue was the e-mail tracking token. I had to uncheck the tracking token option in the e-mail configuration.

Great, but keep in mind that tracking token will be disabled on all the sent email not only for the ones that will be sent from a Quick Campaign :)
