How to properly configure the integration between Sales Order of Dynamics 365 Sales to Business Central?
We wanted the direction of the integration to be "FromIntegrationTable". However, the system keeps on reverting back the direction to "ToIntegrationTable" and other changes we made in the Integration Table Mappings
You can’t force the Sales Order mapping to “FromIntegrationTable.”
Business Central always overwrites it based on the options you select in Dynamics 365 Connection Setup.
If you want Sales → BC only, just enable:
Sales Order Integration is Enabled
Enable Legacy Sales Order Integration
And do not manually change the mapping direction, BC will undo it every time.
