Power Reviews Integration - URL and SKU location in SDK

Good morning all,

I am working with my team to integrate the Power Reviews service with Site Builder and D365 e-commerce. There are two items needed to feed to their script tagged function that relate to the product details page, and change every time a different item is viewed. The two items needed for the Power Reviews function to work are the item's product details page URL, and the SKU of the item on the page. I have located the variable relevant to item SKU in the SDK, but am having trouble finding where the URL is defined/constructed. Does anyone have any relevant experience with such an integration or has anyone needed to work with the source of the product details page URLs and could point me towards where that is located in the SDK?

Thanks,

Josh R

    Hi partner,

Your question is not very clear, could you provide more details.

    Please start with MS document:

    Hello Will,

I'm not looking to set up a B2B site, but thank you for the documentation. I am working on an integration with an existing site that we have. The integration is with a third party product review provider called Power Reviews. This third party has a code snippet wrapped in <script> tags and has to be placed on the product details page. The code snippet requires the product ID and the product URL to work. Since the product ID and URL change with every different product page, my thought was that the code snippet will need to live somewhere in the SDK, since we could tie the product ID and URL to the pertinent variables for those items. This way, the code snippet would have the correct product ID and URL every time we navigate to a new product details page. I have located the product ID (SKU) variable in the SDK. It is called "ItemID". What I have not yet been able to locate is from where the URL is generated. The URL structure is domain / {product name} / {recordID}.p

Hope this helps clear things up!

    Thanks,

    Josh R.
