If you are a user and only want to disable it for yourself, you can do this from the cogwheel (top right corner) -> Options -> Privacy Tab.
If you cannot see the privacy tab in the options, then it means that the global privacy settings prevents you from specifying it yourself.
If you are an administrator and want to disable the error window for all users, you can do this from Settings -> Administration -> Privacy Preferences
