WrkCtrCapRes table during Master planning planned order

Hi All,

I would like to know when the record in WrkCtrCapRes table are inserted during Planned order generation through Master Planning process?

I looked at the ReqCalc class but didnt found anything there. I have requirement to perform modification after record are inserted in this table.
