Account Payment Receipt Format

When a customer makes a payment on the account, can I get a payment receipt format that just shows customer information and total amount paid instead of a long receipt showing how the payment was posted? We are getting a lot of paper wastage printing those large receipts. Please help, thank you!

    I have the same problem is there anyone has a formula/code for it on xml? I've tried editing it but it only shows previous balance 0 and new balance 0. can somebody help us how to edit the receipt.xml file that shows the details on the balance of the customer.

    Hi!  It may be possible to customize the receipt templates to show just the information that you want. This is something that can be done through your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner. If you do not have a Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner, RITE's tech support line is 888-267-7483.
