Interactive Dashboard - Goals/Kpis, rollups and goal owners.

My group wants to build interactive dashboard off goals and kpi's and the users which are tied to those goals, rollups and so forth. When attempting to turn on "Interactive" on the entity it is locked down. 

Doing an interactive dashboard on Goals/Kpis seems to me to be the most basic of functionality to expect from an interactive dashboard in a sales management tool.

Am i missing something or is this feature not available for goals/kpis?

    "Interactive" means its for the Customer Support Interactive Dashboard.  It's not designed for sales.  So I don't think Goals have ever been set up for the Interactive dashboard, where SLAs are more relevant.

    If the dashboards Dynamics CRM offers around sales aren't interactive enough (they do, after all, allow clickthrough, drilldown, etc.), you could build a PowerBI dashboard instead. As up 2016 Update 1, you can embed those in Dynamcis CRM dashboards directly.

    We were under the impression that since we could activate other entities and custom entities we would be able to leverage the built in functionality.

    We have looked into PowerBI and I've used it other places but there are some more fundamental issues currently preventing the use of powerbi in our environment.
