Hi everyone,

I'm still a newbie with CRM customization and I meet a difficulty:

I have an Entity A (contact) which have a 1:N relationship with an Entity B (opportunity) and a parental N:1 relationship with an Entity C (account). This Entity C has also a 1:N relationship with B.

On A main form, I would like to display all the records B in a view which are related with the record C (which is related with A).

Do you have any idea how I can that achieve?

Hi Leo,

You can add a subgrid of related opportunity records in the Contact form.

Go to Contact Form Editor and choose Insert Tab.

Click on SubGrid.

Set the subgrid properties and click on OK.

Hi Nithya,

the Problem is that I want to Display on the entity (Contact) a view which is related to its parent Entity (account) and not related with contact.

Hi Leo,

Using OOB sub-grid you can't display multi entity related records . I would suggest to build custom HTML web resource (Use third party grid ) and using web API retrieve the filtered record.
