Modal window is not launching

I am getting an error when I try to launch a modal window from an entity list. URL is not capturing the id field. I see the following error when inspect in chrome.

URL of the hyperlink : ssqa.microsoftcrmportals.com/.../messages#

ssqa.microsoftcrmportals.com/_portalmodal-form-template-path/d78574f9-20c3-4dcc-8d8d-85cf5b7ac141?entityformid=9d96308e-4581-e711-8139-e0071b6a4261&languagecode=1033 404 (Not Found)

    I have the same issue since I added another language. In the original language the modal is loading but not when I switch to the new added language.

    As of this Post: community.dynamics.com/.../256638

    You must ensure that the Pages "Page not found" and "Access denied" have all localized content pages.

    However it did not solved my issue.

    Philipp solution worked for me

    "You must ensure that the Pages "Page not found" and "Access denied" have all localized content pages"

    for some reason, my "Page not found" content web page was inactive.. I just had to re-activate, and it worked

    for me this is clearly a bug, it doesn't make sense for it to try to load the page not found.. as the page does exists
