Workflow Button Disappears Selecting Record for Submission in Customer Creation Workflow

I’m facing an issue with a specific role. There’s a custom workflow for new customers that must be submitted after creation. The workflow button appears initially, but when I select the record to submit, it disappears. I’ve checked security roles and workflow settings (active, correct approver), but I’m unsure if it’s a configuration issue.
