Hello,

We are currently facing an issue where only the person selected as the approval admin in the approval user setup can see the all the approval request entries.
Approval request entries returns blank for other employees.
They all have the same permission sets and roles in business central.

Thank you for your help.
I have the same question (0)

That's by design, only the Approval Admin can see all requests. Otherwise, a user will only see their own requests sent for approval. If you want other users to see all requests, make them approval admins as well.

Also, in the Approval User Setup Page only 1 user can be set as the Approval Admin, however, you can use configuration packages to edit this table and select multiple users. To do so, in the config pack remove the validation for the approval admin field.

    Dear Valentin,

    Thank you for your response.
Users are also unable to see approval entries that were sent to their salesperson/Purchaser code (their own request).
    The table is completely empty.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Victoria.

if user can't see their own entries, maybe you could check user have read access to that table. Also find out if other users are able to see records on that page or not.

    Hi,

By design the approval administrator or Approvers will be able to see approval request entries.

We had/have the same issue.  I have not tried the last suggestion, but have done the others with no success.  I did show our AP person how to hit Ctl Alt F1 when on a the approval request list page.  From there she can view table and with some filtering see what she needs.  It's very time consuming though

I did try the method of using the configuration package and it worked!!!

You can try the Approval Entries and the Requests to Approve pages well.
