How to set Look in as supplier list as i don't need other system views is it possible? if yes how
?

Go to your system solution or default solutions, and navigate to the form that you are editing.
Open the form in form designer, and find the field where you have the lookup control.
Double click on the field, or select and click on Change properties in the Ribbon.
On the Display Tab, scroll to the bottom to where is says Additional Properties.
You have three options there.
Default View: Select Supplier List
View Selector: Select Show Selected Views
In the list of views below click only on Supplier List (or you can select multiple if you want more than just the Supplier List).
You can also choose whether you want to Display the Search Box in the lookup dialog or not

Its lookup control's configuration change.
1. Go to CRM Form
2. Select the lookup control.
3. Click on change properties
4. Select view selector as "Show selected views"
5. Select the views which you want to show.
6. Click ok.
7. Publish changes.
