When using business process flows it looks like they are one time use only. If you have an annual repeating process how can you keep the original or previous process and start the same process again?

Business process flow is meant for guided process for end users. This assumes the entity record will go through the BPF lifecycle once.
If you have multiple BPFs we can abandon & resume from where it left off. The competed BPF can be restarted, but the BPF instance for the entity record will lose its history.
That means Adv find queryable BPF Entity will have a record for that Entity record with transversepath, stageid, stepid but once it’s restarted all the previous transversepath, staged will be overwritten.
Hi Wayner1969,
Creating a new record and going through the Business Process Flow again is the easiest way to do this. With this approach, the previous process is maintained in a separate record.
