reports missing in 1 company not the other

The OSHA 300 and OSHA 300a HR reports are not showing in 1 company but are in the other. They have worked in both before. I tried on 2 different machines, and I tried as SA. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I know there was a problem that they used to display incorrectly in GP 2010 (which doesn't answer your question), but you can read all about the fix in Article ID: 2517298 support.microsoft.com/.../2517298

Hi - the fix for this was to open table EMPHR922 and delete the row(s) with the affected user ID. This happened to us 2 years ago after the year end updates, not sure of the connection. Thanks Leslie.
