Issues with Dynamics 365 for Phones on-prem Welcome issue

We have had tremendous issues with the CRM app on iPhone since the update to the latest version of the app and the update to iOS 12.14.1.  After putting in the company URL and inputting the username and password, it will stay stuck on the Welcome screen and never progress.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the app is not helping.  This has killed productivity for 95% of all users out in the field
