Validation Error 309 : One or more Entries does not have a sales rep defined.

It says One or more Entries does not have a sales rep defined but in the database all items have salesrep tagged.

    What version of RMS? All hot fixes applied? Do you have the POS set to require a salesperson before a sale can be tendered ("prompt for sales representative" under Configuration options in RMS Manager)?
