I work at an online agency and we are currently setting up Dynamics. We want to be able to see want accounts are currently using which products with ease. Once of the main problems with this is we don't have default prices for our products. They vary for individual customers and are rarely the same price twice. I want to set up the product catalog but I'm wondering if there's a way I can do this but set different prices each time i add a product to an account, order, quote etc without using write-in product each time.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

I have the same question (0)Setup your product catalog as normal, create products, price lists and price list items. Set each item to a default price for example 0.00. Then on the line items when adding the product on opportunity, quote and order simply override the line item price by setting the ispriceoverriden field to "Override Price". Note you need to grant the override price privilege to the user too!
Hope this helps
